History

After a decade in the Web industry, working on both the consulting and corporate sides of the house, JoAnn Takasaki decided to take her passion for writing and launch a company dedicated to helping corporate, non-profit, and government organizations convey their message and brand to the world. She called that company GlobalWrites.

Since 2004, GlobalWrites has served small companies as well as Fortune 500 enterprises. Projects have included everything from marketing and advertising copy on the Web to travel articles and local food & entertainment articles for print and online. And GlobalWrites is continually expanding its portfolio.

Today

In 2011, in order to meet growing demand, GlobalWrites expanded from one freelancer to a versatile copywriting agency, armed with a dedicated band of highly specialized writers with incredible breadth and depth of experience.
